COOPERATIVE CAPITAL BERHAD MALAYSIA FELDA was established on July 1, 1980 under the Cooperative Ordinance 1948. Aiming to make KPF as a means of savings and investment Felda members. KPF has been highlighting FELDA genuine desire to give a fair chance to participate settlers to own equity in companies FELDA through KPF also a vision and concern for the progress of FELDA settlers.
Intention to establish as a container storage KPF, Felda has triggered investment in the Meeting of the Board of FELDA to 102 on January 15, 1980 Y.M Yang chaired by Tan Sri Raja Muhammad Alias. With the strong commitment of the management at the time, then FELDA Capital Cooperation Malaysia Berhad was incorporated on July 1, 1980 under the Cooperative Ordinance 1948 (replaced by the Cooperative Societies Act 1993).
KPF has been highlighting FELDA genuine desire to give a fair chance to participate settlers to own equity in companies FELDA through KPF. KPF has become a place of savings and investment leading settlers. Also is a founding vision and concern for the progress of FELDA settlers.
