Applicants who are currently attached to Malaysian government agencies/ statutory bodies/ local councils must submit their applications through their respective Heads of Departments, and such applications must be accompanied with a completed Performance Assessment Report and Service Statement.
Application must include a passport sized photograph (non-returnable) and must be accompanied by the following certified documents:
a) Identification card / Passport
b) Birth certificate
c) Relevant academic certificates and transcripts (SPM/Equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree, Masters, PhD)
d) Other relevant certificates and documents
