Responsibilities:
- Investigate and make a cost estimate for the project / work overhauling the institution.
- Responsible for updating the price of building materials as a guideline for estimating the work to be carried out.
- Ensure the work carried out on site according to specifications through regular monitoring system.
- Monitor the work of contractors during construction.
- Confirming work by contractors and construction specifications and drawings provided.
